• No update on the asset tags.
• The second Dante card has not arrived.
• Phil has spoken to Dave about The Byre radios. Apparently he hasn't found them(?). Sam to show him where they are.
• Security took our nice new stage weights. We will swap these for the rusty ones.
• A request has been made for the seating rack to be serviced.
• There were some discussions regarding Ents being paid for work over summer. These mainly revolved around who will organise and decide who gets particular jobs, since Ents is dissolved and therefore there is no Convenor. It was agreed that this likely falls to the DoES.
• We are still hoping to move Ubuntu by one day to give more set up time.
• Committee photo: cancelled.
• Convenor and Committee applications will be opened at the same time.
• Alan is talking to Rachael about hoodies and high vis.
• No training this week or next week due to musicals. The following week will need to be led by someone other than Sam and Andrew, as they are in the Byre.
• The near miss with incident ID 7 was discussed. Sam is to send a document of lessons learnt to Phil.
• Try to get a bar tab, because lots of people are leaving. Maybe an old committee/new committee social?
• Bar have been asked to put together a list of training that they would like. Ents training has been included on this.
• In the future, recruitment should focus on theatre techs from secondary school, perhaps in collaboration with Mermaids.
• There was discussion about a collaboration with the Barron, Mermaids, Music Center, and Ents, which the Barron would fund. This would get pros in for training.
• For some reason we discussed Ents passes for next Freshers week.
• Individual ones are to be assigned to each committee member to avoid mischievous committee members depleting the unassigned supply from tech box. A few Crew passes to be left unassigned for those not on committee.
• Convenor applications are opening tomorrow.

• Standard venue update from Andrew.
• The black fabric is disgusting; we would like to replace it.
• The hoist key from reception missing.
• Andrew to be told how many XLR ends we need.
• Someone has replied to Andrew about sound system upgrade — they are going to come and look around the venue.
