Those present Sam Lane, Bella Zeff(joined 4:30pm), Andrew Barron, Alan Chodyniecki, Lucy Brook, Phil Hulse Absent Ryan Delaney, Kian Cross, Will Jamieson, Tala Mencej

Date 16th February 2022 4:05pm–5pm

• More orders for the sound upgrade have arrived. Final item is estimated to arrive after the 18th February.
• Phil has fixed ColorPix but it needs to be tested.
• Need to contact Black Light about 150s.
• Lots of discussion regarding logistics of building and removing stage extension, and handling the fact that the Nivos will be away in use as a barfor balls etc. There are a couple of periods of many back-to-back events which are operationally-challenging. Phil took lots of notes and intimated that he will investigate further these logistics.
• Networking day is Thursday of Spring Break. Fix It Days are Saturday/Sunday
• First aid training is something Phil is looking into but struggling to schedule appropriately. Possibly next independent learning week
• Phil now has a list of people who are trained and what they’re trained on. He will have more SOPs shared to him once written next week. He also asked about how we recruit. This was apparently prompted by a meeting earlier that day
• Bella said that Avery said that someone said that they were thinking of running DJ training with various DJ collectives.
