Date 2nd September 2021 4:08pm–4:38pm

• Freshers Week begins on the 4th.•Union North will operate 2–9pm everyday. The Union will open at 9pm and DJs will begin performing at 10:30pm until 2am.
• DJs will need to be escorted into the Union and onto stage (Ryan will talk to Phil about using fire doors for this) and given AAA passes.
• There are 6 Ents passes for the week. Please do not take them home; they should stay in tech box unless you know you are coming back to work at night. These passes can be used by both committee and crew.
• Still waiting on updates about Union North and our access.
• The list of Union acts (not public yet) is: Becka, Will, Jamie Stewart, Keiks, and Bunce.
• Hires are likely to be arriving on Saturday so we probably won’t rig them to begin with

• Daily testing is recommended during Freshers Week.
• If you receive a positive test, please notify Ryan as soon as possible so. that the Union can be informed.
• Union Covid rules apply so please wear masks whilst walking around. You can remove them if you are spaced from other people and sitting or standing at an Ents control position.

• Ents Crew will be getting a new interim supervisor: Rob. Raf is going back to the library indefinitely.
