1 General Discussion
- Will is returning home for the remainder of this semester, however is still available as usual for meetings.
- Will is going to go through the current Discord to clean it up and make some new channels.
- The Rector’s Cafe would like the colour of the lights changing to orange for Halloween.
- At some point we will put a DMX line in so that there are more colour choices.
- Ryan will try and record some Resolume videos.
- Sam is doing a live training broadcast next Wednesday.
- There has been no business since 23rd September 2020 — all members agreed prior to the scheduled meetings that there was nothing to discuss.
2 Events
- JazzWorks would like lighting underneath the bike rack each Thursday.
- Sinners may be cancelled.
- The Union Debating Society may be using Main Bar for debates.
- They will need four microphones — we will swap over the mixer to
support this.
3 Tasks
- Alan — Continue organising committee jackets.
- Will — Tidy up the Discord server.
- Someone — Change colour of the lights in Rector’s Cafe to orange.
- Someone — Switch over the mixer in Main Bar to support four microphones.
- Someone — Setup lights for JazzWorks.
