Will has created a feedback form so that any problems can be communicated anonymously (unless you wish to be identified).
It is an easy way to raise issues.
Examples of usage may be raising an issue about another Ent, worries about pressure/workload from Ents etc.
Please pass on any feedback regarding the form to Will.

From the 14th September, Committee meetings will be moved to (so that building staff can attend if they wish).

There will be a soft reopening of the Union on the 7th September.
- If it goes well, then it will remain open.
- Otherwise, it will reopen on the 14th September.
- Only the bar will be opening — 90 capacity from 6pm - 1am.
- There are no plans to serve food.
To get any access to the venue, training is required.
This will hopefully be available early on in the semester (within the first couple of weeks).
The committee list needs to be sent to Phil, then a training guide and guidelines can be put in place.
Further information about access will hopefully be available soon, after further conversations with Union staff.

There is no access to the Union during Countdown to St Andrews, as there is something else going on in the Union.
We are able to get in-venue beforehand to film some content, such as a tour.
