- Lucy Brook (Entertainment Space Manager - Deputy Head)

Absent:
- Tom Groves (Technical Coordinator)
Apologies:
- Natasha Maurer (Technical Coordinator)
- Adam Powrie (DoES)
Meeting begins: 16:00 Previous minutes accepted.
Events:
- Weekly event run-through
- There are many rehearsals during the second week of Spring vacation
- OTR Food Fayre should have been cancelled according to Bruce
- Paul has been asked to follow up with Adam
- Social on Thursday
Equipment:
- Paul switched monitors to make it easier to do projections
- One of the wash lights has been moved because it was hitting one of the HBs
- Might need to borrow external equipment on Thursday
- Music Is Love cannot use our equipment this week
- On Saturday all the lights on the space frame need to be derigged
- ALS is coming to look at the Sandy’s Bar sound system
Other:
- We should not be required to do bookings during revision week according to Bruce
- That expectation should not be there
- Bruce will refuse them
