Previous minutes accepted.
Events:
- Weekly event run-through
- The school debates have been cancelled
- People are still not coming to Users’ meetings two weeks in advance
- Today’s training will be based off of crew members’ questions
Equipment:
- Projector PC is now in the rack but the monitor is still on the desk.
- Paul and Will have requested for additional 4 AV/Data and 2 XLR ports to be installed at the desk
- Phil will sort that out
- Projection cables arrived today
- Speak to Phil before making purchases in the future to find out if we could get a discount
Other:
- Will and Adam need to work together to plan this semester’s DJ training
