Training at 12:00 on Sunday in the Barron Theatre with Mermaids so that we can do shows in the Union and in the Barron
Monday (1st)
- Inklight open-mic night in Sandy’sAt 20:00
- Need a mic and stand
Tuesday (2nd)
- Societies Committee training
  - Need seating rack, AV and mic
  - 14:00-17:00
- Main Bar DJ
Wednesday (3rd)
- Study-abroad fair
  - 14:00-16:00
  - Club 601
  - Need projections and a mic
  - Porter and Ents collaboration
- Sinners
  - Coppafeel
  - Coming in at 17:00/18:00 to set up (balloons, foil curtains and banner from stage rig)
  - Need a DJ
- Thursday (4th)
  - RockSoc EGM
  - DJ equipment (including mic)
  - 21:20-22:00 and then club night thereafter
- Bionet Pub Quiz
  - 17:00-20:30
  - Need a mic
  - Sandy’s Bar
Friday (5th)
- Safeword BOP
  - 17:00 to start setting up (balloons and basic decorations including chains)
  - Have been told to bring their own DJ(s)
Saturday (6th)
- Indie
  - Club 601
  - AV and DJ equipment (have used 2000s before)
  - Switch on and leave
Sunday (7th)
- United Nations Social Enterprise
  - The StAge
There is a halloween event coming up
- It will be full-house
- Projections, drapes, lights etc
- Recommended to have a look at the TechStar website to get ideas
- Encouraged to get creative

On the 4th of October the neevos will be taken for opening ball
Every projector and the camera needs to be working for the darts competition in week 4
DJ booth addition is to arrive next week
Bruce might need to buy additional cables because the computer didn’t come with the expected ones
What is faulty and needs to be fixed needs to be common knowledge
- To use the OneNote notebook

For bigger events the EM needs to have a dedicated role
Enquiry as to whether EMs can get a security radio for bigger events
Enquiry as to why there are not first aid kits backstage and in the tech box
Committee minutes will now be downloadable from a link in the minutes, instead of being attached
Charlotte the DJ Convenor is resigning
- Did not realise she will have to do DJ training
- Underestimated the third-year workload
- Doesn’t feel she’s being a help to the committee, and believes the committee could benefit more from someone else
- No objections to removing Charlotte from the committee
- Charlotte has been removed from the Ents Committee
- Adam is to organise DJs until applications open for someone to fill the role
  - Will has been asked to assist
Natasha does not need help with training today
- It will be a scavenger hunt designed to follow on from last weekend’s training
- More directed at new crew instead of old crew
