- Eurovision will not officially be done by Ents but Ents will be in attendance

Equipment:
- Seating rack in not to be pulled out partially (all or nothing)
- Seating rack to be added to risk assessment documentation
- Front of DJ booth being put on
- Fitting on Tuesday and painting over the following two days
- Battens back up in 601
- Do not have the appropriate bracket to mount on the stage
- Appear to work
- Touch panel does not work as expected
- Only used for controlling MTX
- Should be corrected so that events can be done without Ents
- Documentation describing 'how to do things’ is required for continuity
- Titan is missing
- Light configuration needs to be standardised (fixed lights)
- New lights need to be justified
- A breakdown of how long the current lights have been used and how much money they have raised would be helpful
- There needs to be a good argument and explanation in laymen's terms
- Installers to come test and service projectors in The STAge and Club 601
- Unreliable so they get used less
- ArKaos crashes –– looking at Resolume
- Projectors to be linked to ION (not affecting current functionality)
- Want to move to a networked system
Other:
- Health and SafetyFirst Aid Training can be arranged for Ents (up to a dozen people)
- Training is not needed if someone has training which is still valid
- Takes about a day
- A time needs to be coordinated in advance to ensure numbers are sufficient
