• The idea of a ‘split level club’ was mentioned. This would involve customers having access to the stage. Ents are not keen on this idea — there is lots of expensive equipment on there and backstage.
• Discussed if there is an easier way for Crew to sing-up to events. Perhaps an Airtable form?
• Training tonight is removal of dance mat and stage extension. Also rigging and repairing 150s.
• Dog bowl in techbox to be returned to Mika.
• Ryan to talk to someone about making sure backstage is left tidy after events (e.g. no empty cups, sandwich crusts, crisp packets). It is possible that societies do not know this is their responsibility, but cleaners do not clean behind there, so it is. This needs to be emphasised.
• Points discussed with Phil:
  • No response about radios.
  • In the process of ordering Dante equipment.
  • Will look into getting bigger barcodes.

• Standard venue update from Andrew.
• Lots of things have been fixed!
