• Andrew was helping with the MIL livestream and so was unable to make the meeting.

• The next meetings are cancelled, as people are busy with exams and there is nothing to discuss. If anything of importance comes up then a new meeting will be scheduled.
• DJ practise sessions and training sessions are being set up, perhaps during revision week and exams (if we can get it set up in time). Otherwise they

will start from the beginning of next semester.

• Ryan is hoping to work with Andrew to put things on the website about how Ents works. Particularly how users meetings work, e.g. how events are run, the words they will hear, when they need to show up etc. Hopefully this means people will not be scared or apprehensive to contact us. If you have anything to include, contact Ryan or Andrew.
• Everyone has new email forwarding addresses setup.
