Date 23rd September 2020 4:07pm–4:21pm

• We have permission to light up the Union building in red, in support of the ‘We Make Events’ awareness campaign.
• We will also make a post on social media.
• We have reached out to the Byre, who are checking if they can do something similar, or do a post.
• Mermaids have also said they will do a post.
• The Crew meeting at 5pm today (23/09) will start with a ‘Meet the Committee’ continue with a training update. It does not need to be minuted.
• We are waiting to hear back from Blacklight with a sales quote.
• Will is going to create a Discord server as a place to have informal chats/socialise.

• We have a regular training slot scheduled in the Union for pre-recorded or live training.

• The Athletics Union may be interested in doing an event. They have asked for details about Clan Warfare. More information to come.

• Alan — Continue organising committee jackets.
• Ryan — Send details such as graphics and fonts for committee jackets.
