• Not much to update on — things are still not clear
• Good progress has been made on the interactive lighting system demo
• Those involved in the sound demo will have a meeting to discuss ideas.
• For ‘Countdown to St Andrews’, ITS will create a live event on Teams for us to stream to. We need to send an application to ITS to get this setup.
• Ryan is looking at streaming infrastructure.
• Ryan will chase up Blacklight.
• There will be a government review on the the 20th August. We are hoping this will mean live events can go ahead from the 24th August
• Updates will be provided as and when they come.

• The next meeting date is to be decided. It will be sometime after the 20th August, once there has been an update from the government regarding event restrictions.
