Previous minutes accepted.
Events:
- Everyone had a different time for the boxing event
- Danksgiving, changed to Gobble ‘till You Wobble, didn’t attend a User’s meeting so if no crew volunteer then we will not be able to do tech for that event
- Lucy volunteered to do it
- STAR Live Lounge only attended a User’s meeting today (and not two weeks in advance) so if we do not get multiple crew to volunteer then we will not be able to do tech for that event
- Nightline are bringing balloons to pyjama BOP which will need rigging – Will
- Balloons have been refused by Bruce and Phil because the balloons have not been mentioned until now and cleaning has thus not been arranged to ready the venue in time for the events the following day.
- We do not have information about the requirements for the Ukelear Fusion & Music Society Martinmas Concert so Adam will call them and find out what is going on
- Weekly event run-through
Equipment:
- During the BOP on Friday the computer stopped outputting and Resolume wouldn’t open correctly after that
- X32 is being repaired
- A company has come in to provide a quote for the projectors
