1 General Discussion

Users meetings are cancelled for the forceable future.
There is now a Microsoft form for people to fill out of they want to do an event.
A 1-on-1 meeting will be scheduled with them to discuss their needs.
It would be nice to put Crowd Control (remote lighting control) back on for a little bit, for new sign-ups to play with.
We have access to a camera for streaming and recording, which can be used for training videos.
A guide for terms that may be heard ‘shouted’ in the venue was suggested.
We should schedule a time for new Ents to meet us (virtually). This can begin next week in the crew meeting slot (immediately after the committee meeting at 5pm).
Because new people are joining, it may be nice to do something resembling a social.
This will likely have to be done online.
We would like to do a post in support of ‘We Make Events Happen’.
- We will try and light up the Union in red, if access is provided.
- Dan has said the Association will probably be able to share such a post, in support of the events sector.

Ryan will email Raf to try and get training organised for the rest of the committee.
No other updates.

The pub quiz is coming back to the Union on Mondays between 8pm – 10pm.
There might also be a jazz works (in the field behind the Union), however there has been no more information about this since it was mentioned by Tom/Raff.

Ryan — Start adding tasks to Teams, so we can tick them off.
Ryan — Reach out to the Byre to see if they want to do a collaborative post in support of We Make Events Happen.
Someone — Put the feedback/reporting form in a tab on the public Teams channel.
Alan — Order committee jackets. Ryan will send over details of where Will got them from previously.
Kian — Begin sending minutes to Chris McCue (cem4@st-andrews.ac.uk).
Sam — Email Raf to try and get venue access for training videos.
Everyone — Try to think of fun ideas for a social involving new members.
