• Weekly event run-through
• The school debates have been cancelled
• People are still not coming to Users’ meetings two weeks in advance
• Today’s training will be based off of crew members’ questions

• Projector PC is now in the rack but the monitor is still on the desk.
• Paul and Will have requested for additional 4 AV/Data and 2 XLR ports to be installed at the desk
  • Phil will sort that out
• Projection cables arrived today
• Speak to Phil before making purchases in the future to find out if we could get a discount

• Will and Adam need to work together to plan this semester’s DJ training
