Previous minutes accepted.

• Weekly event run-through
• Just So Cabaret hasn’t come to Users’
• No one has any information about Danksgiving either
• St Andrews African and Caribbean Soc has to be quiet because of the Unicef •event next door
• Management Mutts & Munchies event on the 23rd is cancelled

• S16 went out again

• EM Role Vote
  • Before Doors for EM:
    • EM has final say, however, individual section managers (LX, sound, projections etc.) have the say for their areas (unless overruled) and don't have to ask the EM about all decisions.
    • Support: 4
    • Oppose: 0
    • Abstain: 0
  • After Doors for EM:
    • EM has final say and has to be consulted for all decisions for all areas.
    • Support: 4
    • Oppose: 0
    • Abstain: 0
  • Before and after doors for the Production Manager (from EM’s perspective):
    • PM (production manager) has final say however individual section Event Managers (EMs) have the say for their events (unless overruled) and don't have to ask the PM about all decisions.
    • Support: 4

    • Abstain: 1
