===== 1 General Discussion =====
  * From the 14th September, committee meetings will be moved to 4pm (so that building staff can attend if they wish).
  * No users meetings will take place at the moment.
    * Once they do start happening, they will happen on the public teams channel.
  * We will start doing behind the scenes for big events, to advertise what Ents does.
  * We will be hiring a camera soon, for live events and anything else we want to do.
  * Bruce is leaving at the end of September. Mika is organising an Ents jacket for him as a gift.
  * As this will probably come from personal funds, please contact Mika if you would like to chip in.
  * If you have any ideas for what should be written on it, contact Mika.

===== 2 Venue Access =====
  * The list of committee members has been passed onto Phil and Raff, to hopefully organise training, which will allow access to the building.
  * So far none of Ryan’s or Tom’s emails have been responded to by Phil.

===== 3 Events =====
  * Clan Warfare is taking place on the 11th. Sign ups are currently very low (< 10).
  * The Fresher’s Fayre is on Sunday 13th — if anyone wants to be available to do video chats with people on Teams, please let Ryan know.
