===== 1 General Discussion =====
  * The new Ents Constitution is now up on Teams (`General/Chapter 17 Review.pdf`).
    * If you need info on your role, please consult this document!
  * Mika Schmeling has requested to be on the committee in one of the non-voting temporary positions.
    * The constitution states that we can have new non-voting members.
    * No discussion points raised.
    * No role specified as of yet.
    * Voting conducted by raising hands (in person/on teams).
      * Majority vote **YES** (6 out of 9 voting members present),therefore Mika is now the first temporary non-voting member.
  * New SOPs (Ents Standard Operating Procedures) being put on SharePoint that include:
    * generators;
    * outdoor events;
    * changes to current SOPs in light of the pandemic;
    * ladder safety (new information on procedures from the Ladder Association).

===== 2 Venue Access =====
  * No updates regarding Ents access to the Union.

===== 3 Countdown to St Andrews =====
  * Plans for live event:
    * DJ demo (see tasks);
    * interactive lighting experience;
    * lighting demo;
    * projections demo.
    * Using Resolume and Vision.
    * Possibly have to do chroma-keying in OBS.
  * Soundies still need to come up with something for in-venue.
  * Definite plan for live events by next week's meeting.
  * Ryan has to do 3 hours of training on Teams Events so that ITS trust him.

===== 4 Events =====
  * There are no updates regarding Union run Freshers week events.
  * Possibility of Starfields running an event from StAge.
    * Likely using mostly their own equipment.
    * Free livestream.
    * DJs.

===== 5 Equipment =====
  * Received quote from BlackLight for light covers.
    * Still waiting for MM.
  * New quote for generators is drastically more reasonable.
  * Still need to investigate what makes a generator suitable for live sound (see tasks).
  * New spreadsheet on Teams to track proposals and quotes.
  * If you have any ideas please put them on there.

===== 6 Tasks =====
  * **Everyone** --- Please collaborate on the new SOPs.
  * **Those involved** --- Continue to find quotes for equipment.
  * **Nikita** --- Contact Lawrence regarding DJ demo.
  * **Sam & Andrew** --- Work on ideas for in-venue and virtual demonstrations of sound.
  * **Sam** --- Look into what makes a generator suitable for live sound and contact relevant suppliers.
  * **Will & Kian** Upload a photo for "Meet the Committee" ASAP.
