====== 1 General Discussion ======
  * Saturday club nights may be replaced in the future. For now though, they will continue as normal.
  * Some bar staff to be trained on how to shutdown. Lucy is to do this. A guide, with pictures, should be provided.
  * There are some issues with MTX in Sandy's --- currently Ryan's problem.
  * No response about the bar tab yet from Jillian.
  * The EM form is outdated. Andrew has written a new one. Phil will check it. It was noted that radios should be collected before 10pm, otherwise there will not be any left.
  * Keep a record of the EM forms, and periodically give to reception. Tell control (security office) when the venue is ready to open.
  * No reply from the Byre yet about their potentially spare radios.
  * Strobe signs --- Phil is not sure if we need to do this.
  * We need at least 50 more bar codes.
  * We are currently using Ents t shirts to get into the venue on a night. Will start using old wristbands. We need to provide samples so that they can be shown to security.
  * The soldering iron is in the workshop --- we can use it to fix equipment. 
  * We are short of XLR. This might be resolved when we fix old cables. We can also make our own.
  * Sam presented the MTX upgrade plan. No definitive decisions made. Sam to send the details over to Phil.
  * Bella to look into free tickets for Ents now that all nights are paid entry.
