===== 1  General Discussion =====
  * Nikita Shvedov, has resigned from his position. We need to decide if we want to fill his position, or merge it with another Ents Committee position.
  * Festoons are here — bulbs should be here by the end of week.  They are currently in a black box on the shelves backstage.
  * We are restarting crew meetings and users’ meetings.  We have rooms in the Union booked for this in-person.  We are in the committee room for committee  &  crew  meetings  and  the  meeting  room  for  users’  meetings. All of these meetings will be in-person from next week.•
  * We all need to complete the health and safety sign off form.  Correct usage of  hearing  protection  will  be  added.  Instead  of  recommending  against sandals, we will insist on close-toe shows.  Inline with rest of the industry, those who have consumed an intoxicating substance less than 8 hours ago will not be permitted to work on an event.
  * Now that we do not have night porters, we need to know who to go to for first aid — Sam will email Phil.
  * We are considering moving the events management form onto Airtable —this needs to be checked with Phil.
  * Training will continue to be on Wednesdays after the crew meeting.  The first give it a go should hopefully be on Saturday 18th September.
