  * Weekly event run-through
  * The school debates have been cancelled
  * People are still not coming to Users’ meetings two weeks in advance
  * Today’s training will be based off of crew members’ questions
===== Equipment: =====
  * Projector PC is now in the rack but the monitor is still on the desk.
  * Paul and Will have requested for additional 4 AV/Data and 2 XLR ports to be installed at the desk
    * Phil will sort that out
  * Projection cables arrived today
  * Speak to Phil before making purchases in the future to find out if we could get a discount

  * Will and Adam need to work together to plan this semester’s DJ training
