===== Equipment: =====
  * Projectors
    * Projectors are unreliable
    * One projector receiver is faulty
    * The rest of the faults are (most likely) due to ethernet connection issues
    * IT Services need to come address the issues (they have been contacted)
    * We are resolving issues with the projection capabilities
  * Ents Net needs to be setup on the new PC
  * Paul to fix S16 issue
    * Backup lines are being run between the mixing desk and the remote networking box to ensure the reliability of the sound system

===== Other: =====
  * Proposal to change Charlotte’s position name from Events Convenor to DJ Convenor
    * Charlotte is happy with it
    * Would only need to change the constitution later
    * No objections
      * DJ Convenor will now be used
    * The random spraying of bodily fluids is affecting Ents’ performance
    * Enquiry as to whether we are E.N.T.S.
