===== 1  General Discussion =====
  * A package of newly ordered tape was lost.  It has now been found.
  * The side lighting for the dance show may have been too close to the fire escape.This needs bearing in mind for future events.
  * Darts on the 5th December is a paid event. Not sure how many hours.
  * There is a paid event on the 10th December:  1 hour to setup mics and projectors.
  * Training  tonight  is  on  how  to  put  away  the  dance  mats,  put  away  the stage extension, and some preparations for Winter Wonderland.
  * Ents is dissolved from this Saturday until the start of Semester 2.
===== 2  Venue Update =====
  * General venue update from Andrew.
===== 3  Events =====
  * Winter Wonderland: no lighting hires.  Not too much happening; basically a normal bop with some Christmas tunes.
  * Coming up:  Drag Walk, Catwalk.
